ACE’s free Tampa Craft Festival on Water Street runs October 31–November 1, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park.
A weekend art walk can change character with its setting. On October 31 and November 1, the Tampa Craft Festival on Water Street brings handmade work to Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park, where a downtown path meets the Garrison Channel waterfront. Presented by American Craft Endeavors (ACE), the new festival pairs artist booths with a green-market area in a free, two-day event.

Crafts and a green market by the water
ACE describes a mix of handmade arts and crafts alongside hand-picked goods and eco-friendly products in the green-market area. That combination gives visitors two ways to browse: spend time with the decisions behind an artist’s finished piece, then move through the market’s smaller goods and materials. The appeal is not that every tent offers the same thing, but that a walk can shift from objects meant for a wall to pieces made for everyday use.
Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park adds room to pause. The City of Tampa describes the site as a waterfront park along Garrison Channel with a Riverwalk connection. It should be a pleasant setting for a deliberate circuit of the booths rather than a hurried shopping stop. Ask makers about the materials they chose, how a form changed during production, or what they want viewers to notice first. The answer can reveal more than a label can.
An artist to look for
Artistic Creationz lists the Tampa festival on its show calendar and plans to exhibit there. Neal Nachman and Liz Stokes create fine-art photography of wildlife, landscapes and other places encountered behind the camera. A festival booth gives visitors a chance to see those photographs as finished objects, at a scale and with a surface that a phone image cannot convey. Their display is one part of a larger craft weekend; the final exhibitor layout and individual pieces may change.
