Information you choose to send

Our submission form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, artist or show name, and message. You may also provide an official website, location, and event dates. We use this information to review submissions, check listing details, respond to inquiries, and discuss advertising. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.

Forms and email

Form submissions are sent to the magazine by email through Contact Form 7. The current form configuration does not keep a separate submission database in WordPress. Email messages may remain in the receiving mailbox and its backups until deleted. Website hosting and email services process information needed to deliver and protect these communications. The form is not an automatic newsletter signup.

Technical information and cookies

When you visit, our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser details, and access times for delivery, diagnostics, and security. WordPress may use cookies for authentication and preferences when users sign in. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies can affect sign-in functionality.

Editorial submissions

Information offered for editorial consideration may be used to prepare public coverage. Please distinguish material intended for publication from private contact details and identify the creator and publication permission for any photographs or artwork you share. Sending a submission does not guarantee coverage.

Advertising and external links

Our site includes labeled advertisements and links to artists, organizers, and other websites. Following those links takes you to services governed by their own privacy practices. The current editorial form does not automatically send submissions to advertisers or subscribe you to their lists.

Your questions and requests

Contact info@artshowmagazine.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion. Include enough detail to identify your correspondence, but do not email identity documents. Requests may require reasonable identity verification; records needed for security, legal obligations, or an ongoing inquiry may need to be retained.
