What you will find

The organizer lists more than 50 juried regional and national artists working in painting, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, wood, metal and other media. The village-scale setting gives visitors room to compare very different approaches: the surface of a ceramic vessel, the construction of a metal form, or the way a painting responds to the red-rock landscape around Ivins. If a work catches your attention, ask the artist about its materials and process before moving to the next booth.

Art is the center of the weekend, with live music, food vendors and a beer and wine garden adding places to take a break. The festival also has a silent auction of artists’ work and local offerings; proceeds support the Center for the Arts at Kayenta.
