Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks Craft Art Festival 2026 Guide

Handmade work meets the waterfront at the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks Craft Art Festival on October 10 and 11, 2026.

Plan your visit

• When: Saturday, October 10, 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; Sunday, October 11, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., per the event organizer.
• Where: 735 Dodecanese Boulevard, Tarpon Springs, Florida.
• Admission: Free, according to the area tourism listing.
• Focus: Local and visiting fine artists and crafters in the historic Sponge Docks area.
• Good to know: The tourism listing describes the outdoor event as family and pet friendly.

The organizer’s 2026 event page supplies the hours; Visit St. Pete-Clearwater confirms free entry and the visitor setting. The two pages differ on Saturday closing time, so check the organizer close to the date.

Browse art by the water

The festival places artists and crafters along the Sponge Docks in a district known for its Greek restaurants, bakeries and shops. Look for handmade pieces and the opportunity to talk directly with the makers.

The waterfront location makes this a flexible day trip: take a first pass through the craft booths, stop for a meal, then return to work you want to examine more closely.

Plan around the posted hours

The organizer lists a later Saturday closing time than the tourism page. For the most reliable day-of plan, use the organizer’s current schedule and confirm any weather or traffic notices before setting out.

Before you go

The event is outdoors and entry is free. Use the Sponge Docks street address as a starting point for navigation.
