What you’ll find

The Big Easel brings a juried outdoor fine-art show to River Ranch in Lafayette. This is a one-day event, so plan an unhurried Saturday visit if you want time to compare work and speak with artists.

Plan your visit

Start with a pass through the displays, then return to the pieces that interest you. Ask about materials, how the work was made, and care or installation before buying. For a larger piece, check dimensions and arrange transport or delivery with the seller.

Before you go

Check the organizer’s 2026 ZAPP application for last-minute changes, the current vendor selection and entrance or parking instructions. Confirm any accessibility or other visitor arrangements you need directly with the organizer.
